From refit to the last charter
Palma de Mallorca is one of the Mediterranean's main bases for sailing superyachts. Winter and spring are refit time in the yards and marinas around the bay, and demand for crew peaks between March and May as yachts get ready for the season.
From late spring, regattas and the summer charter programme keep yachts busy around Mallorca, Menorca and Ibiza. That is when last-minute replacements matter most, and when a crew member who fits the team makes the biggest difference.

When is the busiest time to hire crew in Palma?
Demand peaks from March to May, as yachts finish refit and prepare for the season, and again for last-minute replacements during the summer charter season.
Do crew pay to register?
No. In line with the Maritime Labour Convention (MLC 2006), crew never pay any fee to register or to be placed.
Do you only recruit for sailing yachts?
Yes. We recruit exclusively for sailing superyachts: private and charter, classic and modern.
