Appeals and escalation
If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may request a further review of the case. Should the issue remain unresolved, and if applicable, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant flag state authority or the Maritime Labour Convention (MLC, 2006) competent body if the yacht is MLC-compliant.
