We are looking for a Chef for a 43 m motor sailor that has just been bought by a new owner and is now in a shipyard for refit. The owner is building a founding crew of 8 people for her first season.
The programme is rooted in nature, wellbeing and regeneration: private charters, retreats and gatherings with yoga and nature activities led by experienced facilitators, and expeditions with local guides. After a Mediterranean summer season from May, the yacht crosses the ocean in autumn for a winter season in Brazil and Costa Rica, including cruising on the Amazon River, then returns to the Mediterranean.
Hospitality on board is exceptional, but the focus is on shared experience rather than pure luxury.

- A love of fresh, local and healthy cooking
- Comfortable with provisioning and long periods in remote cruising areas
- Open-minded and genuinely aligned with nature, wellbeing and regeneration
- Someone who looks after the crew, the guests and the places you visit
Nice to have
- Experience with wellbeing, plant-based or retreat-style menus
- An interest in yoga, outdoor activities or sustainability
Package
