Sailing Match is looking for a dynamic and versatile Deck/Stew to join a 38m private sailing yacht for the remainder of the 2025 Mediterranean season. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their role and is eager to contribute to both the interior and exterior operations of a well-run vessel.

The yacht is privately used, actively cruising, and managed by a hands-on, respectful owner who values a positive, professional onboard culture. You’ll be joining an international crew with a strong team spirit and a focus on delivering high standards in a relaxed yet professional environment.

What we’re looking for:
✨ At least 1 season of experience in a similar dual role
✨ Confident working on both deck and interior tasks
✨ Proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and team player mentality
✨ Sailing yacht experience is highly desirable
✨ Fluent English required
