🛥 Yacht: 30m Performance Sailing Yacht
📅 Start Date: End of October
📆 Itinerary: Atlantic crossing to Antigua/BVI → Caribbean season (Private & Light Charter)
💶 Salary: Industry Standard
We’re looking for a hands-on Deck/Stewardess to join a 30m performance sailing yacht for an Atlantic crossing in November followed by a Caribbean season. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fun and professional sailing program.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 full season of experience on similar sailing yachts
Strong sailing knowledge and confident working on deck while the yacht is heeled over under sail
Comfortable switching between deck and interior duties as needed
Positive, adaptable, and proactive attitude
Female candidates only due to cabin arrangements
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with sailing operations: hoisting and lowering sails, reefing, docking, fenders, and lines
Providing guest service: relaxed but professional table service for casual lunches and evening settings
Performing stew duties: maintaining guest cabins (up to 8 guests), interior upkeep, and general hospitality
Working as part of a small, hands-on team with a can-do approach
