Cook/Stew 28 Meter Sailing Yacht

Sailing Match is hiring a Stew-Cook to join a high-performance sailing yacht currently based in Spain. Open to couples applying alongside a First Mate.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a proper sailing programme — the yacht will spend the summer in Greece before crossing the Atlantic to Antigua in November.

We’re looking for a stew-cook with at least 1 year of experience on yachts. No need to be a trained chef — the owner enjoys fresh, simple, high-quality home cooking. Think vibrant salads, well-prepared dinners, and a well-run, happy galley.

Strong organisational skills, a warm personality, and excellent English are essential. You should be confident managing both interior duties and cooking for the owner and guests in a relaxed but professional style.

The onboard atmosphere is friendly and easy-going, with a British owner and captain, so a positive attitude and team spirit are key.

Salary: starting at €3,500/month (DOE)
Full-time, permanent position
30 days holiday + full medical cover
