Sailing Match is looking for a temporary (until End of September) Chief Stewardess

📍 Location: Mediterranean (Exact itinerary TBC)

💶 Salary: Industry Standard

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Chief Stewardess to join a well-run 45m private Sailing Yacht. This is a temporary position covering the busy end-of-summer period, starting no later than Wednesday and running through to the end of September.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as Chief Stew or in a senior interior role on 40m+ yachts

• Confident managing a team of 2 stewardesses

• Strong background in housekeeping, service, and table settings

• Comfortable with light cooking, including preparing simple meals, apéritivo platters, and snacks

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills

• Positive, professional, and hands-on attitude

Responsibilities:

• Leading the interior team of 2 stews

• Overseeing guest service, housekeeping, and laundry operations

• Preparing apéritivo platters and assisting with light cooking when required

• Liaising with the galley and deck teams to ensure smooth onboard operations

• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, service, and guest satisfaction
