Sailing Match is currently seeking a professional Chief Stewardess to join a 39m private sailing yacht for the end of the 2025 Mediterranean season. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, experienced interior professional to step into a well-established program with a supportive and international crew.

The vessel is privately used with a hands-on owner who values professionalism, discretion, and a high standard of service onboard. The program is active but balanced, with a strong team dynamic and positive working atmosphere.

Requirements:
✨ Minimum 2 seasons experience as Chief Stew (or a solid 2nd Stew ready to step up)
✨ Excellent service skills and a sharp eye for detail
✨ Proactive, hands-on attitude and strong team spirit
✨ Prior sailing yacht experience highly desirable
✨ Fluent English required
